**If you need transportation from Regan National Airport or the Vienna (Orange Line) Metro Station, please email FDP@nas.edu with your transportation needs ASAP. Please include the airport name, arrival date, and time. If traveling via Metro to the Vienna station, please indicate estimated time of arrival.**

Registration:

The Export Controls Symposium registration system is up and running. Please click on link to register http://nrc59.nas.edu/exp_cntrl_registration.cfm. If you are planning to attend the May 14, 2008 Export Controls Symposium and will need lodging, please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, hotel information listed below. General Registration fee is $125.00 On-site/late registration fee is $225.00 Checks should be made payable to FDP-National Academy of Sciences and should be mailed in advance to Claudette Baylor-Fleming at the address below. The Taxpayer ID number for NAS is 53-0196932 (if you require the signed W9 Form please send an email to fdp@nas.edu). Checks and cash will be accepted during on-site registration provided the participant has pre-registered. The FDP General Meeting registration system is up and running. Please log into the FDP web site to register for the meeting, http://nrc59.nas.edu/login.cfm. If you do not currently have a User ID, you may create one on the website. If you are planning to attend the May 15-16, 2008 FDP meeting, please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, hotel information listed below. Member Fee – Registration fee for members is $125.00 Affiliate Fee – Registration fee for affiliate members is $150.00. Non-Member/Vendor Fee – Registration fee for non-members/vendors is $200.00 On-site registration – On-site registration fee for non-members/vendors is $225.00 Checks should be made payable to FDP-MIT and should be mailed in advance to Claudette Baylor-Fleming at the address below. The Hyatt Fair Lakes is SOLD OUT the night of Wednesday, May 14th; there are still a few rooms available the nights of May 13th and May 15th. All meeting participants need to contact the hotel listed below directly. When calling please identify yourself as part of the NAS/FDP meeting group to receive the negotiated rate.
