FDP Election 2004 - Voting
Voting Procedures I Administrative Representative Candidates I Faculty Representative Candidates
Introduction
- Voting is now open for two positions on the FDP Executive Committee elected by the FDP institution membership: the Institution Administrative Representative (who serves as FDP Chair) and the Institution Faculty Representative. Each of these positions is elected for a two year term.
Voting Procedures
- An electronic ballot containing the candidates for both the Administrative Representative (Chair) and the Faculty Representative is now available. There may only be one vote per institution for the Administrative Representative (Chair) by the institutional administrative representative and one vote per institution for the Faculty Representative by the institutional faculty representative. See the List of Official Administrative and Faculty Representatives (PDF). To vote, access the membership directory by logging in at http://wwwapp.med.emory.edu/anesthesiology/fdp/.
- Prior to voting, individuals at FDP member institutions should caucus and arrive at a consensus for the votes of their institution. The responsibilities for each position can be viewed at FDP Position Responsibilities.
- Voting will occur between September 22, 2004 and November 1, 2004.
- The Membership Committee will receive, tabulate and validate the ballots and announce the results by November 19, 2004.
